2025 Accommodations, Rideshares, and Food

Accommodations

Available accommodations are tenting, or a bunk in a shared cabin (you’ll stay dry!). Whichever you choose, you’ll have access to the same shared amenities (washrooms, showers).

Cabins

A mattress on a bunkbed in a shared cabin. It is not fancy, but you will stay dry. You will need to provide a pillow, a fitted sheet for a cot-sized mattress, and warm blankets, or a warm sleeping bag. Cabins are not heated, and nights could be cold.

Camping

Limited spots available. A place to pitch your tent! The tenting area is in a field and is within about a 6 min walk of the dining hall / main dance space. It is also walking distance from outhouses, showers, workshop locations, and the lakefront. There will be drinkable water, and a place to wash dishes.

Fraser Lake Camp is in bear country. All food brought must be stored in a car.

Food

Meals

A meals add-on for $95 gets you all meals from, and including, Friday dinner to Sunday lunch (6 meals total). Meals for children under 4 are free. Options for vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and dairy free available.

*Optional: if you want to opt-out of the meal plan and prepare and bring your own food, you must be fully self-sufficient with your own camping stove, dishwashing bucket, cooler, ice, etc. Drinking water and hot water will be available. There will be covered areas with tables for your use in case of rain.)

Fraser Lake camp is in bear country. All food must be stored in a car.
